New Development Review Project Notices

New Project - 180 Washington Ave. (Major Site Plan)

David L. Harmon has submitted a Major Site Plan application to facilitate the development of a four unit, 4,288 square foot residential building at 180 Washington Avenue, along with associated site improvements. The subject property is 3,387 square feet in size and is zoned B-2b Community Business.

In accordance with the Portland Land Use Ordinance, notices of receipt of a Major Site Plan application must be sent to property owners within 500 ft. of the subject property (or 1,000 ft. if the project is a subdivision or map amendment for a site located within an Industrial Zone). You will be notified of future Planning Board meetings by receiving notices from the Planning Division prior to any workshops or public hearings.
