New Project - 385 Congress Street (Master Development Plan)

To residents and property owners: 385 Congress Street LLC has submitted a Master Development Plan and Traffic Movement Permit application to facilitate a 365,575 square foot mixed use development to include a 152 room hotel, 312 dwelling units, structured parking, ground-floor retail space, and associated site improvements at 385 Congress Street. The subject property is 2.26 acres in size and is zoned B-3 Downtown Business.

In accordance with the Portland Land Use Ordinance, notices of receipt of a Master Development Plan application must be sent to property owners within 500 ft. of the subject property (or 1,000 ft. if the project is a subdivision or map amendment for a site located within an Industrial Zone). You will be notified of future Planning Board meetings by receiving notices from the Planning Division prior to any workshops or public hearings.
