Remote Historic Preservation Meeting 4-20-2022

To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Historic Preservation Board will hold a REMOTE Public Hearing to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness for building additions and site alterations; John Richardson and Claire Horn, Applicant.  Public comments will be taken at this meeting and written comments should be submitted to hp@portlandmaine.gov. This meeting will be held remotely pursuant to the Remote Meeting Policy adopted by the Historic Preservation Board and as authorized under 1 M.R.S. 403-B because of the existence of an emergency or urgent issue that requires the committee to meet by remote methods. 

The WORKSHOP will be held: Wednesday, April 20, 2022, 5:00 PM (this item is 1st on the agenda).

To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Historic Preservation Board will hold a REMOTE Public Hearing to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness for a Comprehensive Exterior Rehabilitation, including Alterations and Additions; 477 and 481 CONGRESS STREET, 10-20 and 22 PREBLE STREET; T.T. Maine Venture LLC., Applicant. Public comments will be taken at this meeting and written comments should be submitted to hp@portlandmaine.gov.  This meeting will be held remotely pursuant to the Remote Meeting Policy adopted by the Historic Preservation Board and as authorized under 1 M.R.S. 403-B because of the existence of an emergency or urgent issue that requires the committee to meet by remote methods.

ONE BEAN POT CIRCLE

To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Historic Preservation Board will hold a REMOTE workshop on the nomination of the Burnham & Morrill Cannery Building at One Bean Pot Circle as an individually-designated Landmark. The building has been nominated by the Initiative for Digital Engineering & Life Sciences ("IDEALS"). Public comments will be taken at this meeting and written comments should be submitted to hp@portlandmaine.gov. This meeting will be held remotely pursuant to the Remote Meeting Policy adopted by the Historic Preservation Board and as authorized under 1 M.R.S. 403-B because of the existence of an emergency or urgent issue that requires the committee to meet by remote methods.
