Casco Bay Garage Spring Cleaning Set for April 29 through May 1

Casco Bay Garage

Our annual garage Spring Cleaning has been scheduled for the weekend beginning FRIDAY, April 29th. This will require all Casco Bay Parking Garage customers to vacate the garage from 8:00 PM Friday, April 29ththrough 5:00 PM Sunday, May 1st . For your convenience, your Casco Bay Parking Pass will allow you to park at the Custom House Garage during this time period. You will be able to access the Custom House Garage 24 hours with your parking card. Please remember when you park your vehicle at the Custom House Garage to take your prox card with you as there is not a 24 hour security officer on duty and pedestrian doors may be locked as garage hours differ. If the garage is closed and you forget your prox card, there is a $25 lock out fee for security to come let you into the garage.

Timeline for Spring Cleaning Weekend:
Friday: Move vehicles to Custom House Garage starting at 12PM
Sunday: Vehicles can be brought back to Casco Bay any time after 5PM Sunday
Monday: Vehicles must exit Custom House NO LATER than 9AM Monday Morning

**Any vehicles departing Custom House Garage after 10AM on Monday morning will have trouble exiting as the Casco Bay Garage prox cards will be turned off at the Custom House Garage. In order to vacate after hours you will need to call a security officer and they will charge you our daily rate of $40.00.

IMPORTANT: Any vehicle which is NOT removed from the Casco Bay Garage by 8PM on Friday, April 29th, will be subject to towing and storage fees. Please note if you are unable to move your vehicle, we will allow you to arrange for a family member, friend, or neighbor to do so.

If the scheduled weekend is rained out, the spring cleaning work will be rescheduled for the weekend of May 13th – 15th, and we will notify you by posting notice in both, the garage, our website and in the Casco Bay Ferry Terminal. We will also announce the rain date online at www.portlandmaine.gov under “City News,” and www.mhrmanagement.com.

Please note, that the Custom House Garage is a one-way travel lane garage, and to pay careful attention to all directional signage in the garage.
