Remote 3-16-2022 HP Meeting

To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Historic Preservation Board will hold a REMOTE Public Hearing to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior alterations by Center Congress, LLC.  Public comments will be taken at this meeting and written comments should be submitted to hp@portlandmaine.gov. Due to the existence of an emergency of urgent issue, the Portland Historic Board will conduct this meeting by remote methods/technology at the Zoom link provided on the agenda in accordance with the requirements of 1 M.R.S. section 403-B and the City Council's Remote Participation Policy.

The PUBLIC HEARING will be held: Wednesday, March 16, 2022, 5:00 PM (this item is 1st on the agenda).

To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Historic Preservation Board will hold a REMOTE Workshop to consider Preliminary Review of Proposed Toolshed Construction at Western Cemetery by Friends of the Western Cemetery.  Public comments will be taken at this meeting and written comments should be submitted to hp@portlandmaine.gov. Due to the existence of an emergency of urgent issue, the Portland Historic Board will conduct this meeting by remote methods/technology at the Zoom link provided on the agenda in accordance with the requirements of 1 M.R.S. section 403-B and the City Council's Remote Participation Policy.
