Remote 3-2-2022 Historic Preservation Meeting

To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Historic Preservation Board will hold a REMOTE workshop on the nomination of the Burnham & Morrill Cannery Building at One Bean Pot Circle as an individually-designated Landmark. The building has been nominated by the Institute for Digital Engineering & Life Sciences ("IDEALS"). Public comments will be taken at this meeting and written comments should be submitted to hp@portlandmaine.gov. Due to the existence of an emergency of urgent issue, the Portland Historic Board will conduct this meeting by remote methods/technology at the Zoom link provided on the agenda in accordance with the requirements of 1 M.R.S. section 403-B and the City Council's Remote Participation Policy.

The meeting will be held: Wednesday, March 2, 2022, 5:00 PM (this item is 1st on the agenda).   Please note that the placement of this item on the agenda is subject to change – please check the Agenda & Minutes Center prior to the meeting for the item start time. To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Historic Preservation Board will hold a REMOTE workshop to consider preliminary review for proposed building additions.by John Richardson and Claire Horn, Applicant  The workshop is an opportunity for the applicant to present a plan to the Board in an informal session which is open to the public. Public comments will be taken at this meeting and written comments should be submitted to hp@portlandmaine.gov. Due to the existence of an emergency of urgent issue, the Portland Historic Board will conduct this meeting by remote methods/technology at the Zoom link provided on the agenda in accordance with the requirements of 1 M.R.S. section 403-B and the City Council's Remote Participation Policy.
