The subject property is 12.5 acres in size and is within the Maine Medical Center Institutional Overlay Zone (IOZ). The Planning Board approved the original application at its December 17, 2018 meeting under application PL-000331-2018 and the development site is currently under construction.

This application will be reviewed administratively by City Staff. This is the only notice you will receive.
