New Project - 155 (165) Sheridan Street

To residents and property owners:  Redstone Realty has submitted a site plan amendment to facilitate the construction of a retaining wall at 155 (165) Sheridan Street for site stabilization purposes. The proposed wall requires below-grade improvements that encroach upon the adjacent Fort Sumner Park, requiring review by the Planning Authority and Parks Commission in connection with the required City license.  The subject property is 18,140 square feet in size, is zoned R-6 Residential, and is within the Fort Sumner Park Overlay Zone.  This action seeks to amend application #2017-073, approved by the Planning Board on September 12, 2017.  In accordance with the Portland Land Use Ordinance, notices of receipt of a  application must be sent to property owners located within 500 ft. of the subject property (or 1,000 ft. if the project is a subdivision or map amendment for a site located within an Industrial Zone). This application will be reviewed administratively by City Staff. This is the only notice you will receive.
