[ARCHIVED] 30 Atlantic Street - Neighborhood Meeting Notice

Dear Neighbor:

On behalf of Cornerstone Building & Restoration, we are pleased to invite you to a virtual neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed Major Site Plan/Subdivision Application related to the property located at 30 Atlantic Street (Chart-Book-Lot / 16-F-003 and 16-F-025).  The project proposes to construct a 3-story; 4-unit residential building on a 0.12-acre infill lot which is currently vacant.  There will be three covered parking spaces and interior bike storage.

Meeting:  Held remotely & recorded via Zoom according to state and local requirements regarding social distancing and will be available for public viewing and participation.  To attend, please email to request a link or phone number to join the meeting.  You may also call the office line (listed below) to request this information.

Date/Time:  Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at 5:30 p.m.

The City code requires that property owners within 500 feet of the proposed development and residents on an "interested parties list" be invited to participate in a neighborhood meeting.
