TRAFFIC ALERT: Washington Ave To Eastern Prom September 3

traffic alert

On September 3, 2019 Milling (removal of asphalt) will be done on Washington Avenue between Walnut Street and Eastern Promenade. We expect the work to take less than a day. Traffic will be maintained but there will be no parking in this area from approximately 7am to 5pm and work will be taking place between 9am and 3pm. There will be a traffic officer at Eastern Promenade intersection to help direct traffic.
This work is being done to finish out the 2017 Paving Contract by the Contractor Coastal Road Repair.
We understand the inconvenience and hope that we will work as efficiently as possible to get out of the way as soon as we can. Thank you for your understanding while we make great repairs to this street.
