To submit written public comment on an agenda item, please send an email to email@example.com. Submissions must be received by 12:00 PM the day of the Council meeting to guarantee their inclusion in the agenda packet. All submissions must include the commenter's name and legal address. To help ensure your comment is submitted for the correct item, please include the order number whenever possible.
Watch Live & Previous Meetings
The City Council adopted a Remote Participation Policy on July 19, 2021 in accordance with State law and the requirements of 1 M.R.S. section 403-B. Any meetings that are held remotely will have the Zoom log-in info on each agenda. In-person meetings will also have Zoom information included for remote participation. Zoom offers the ability to watch the meeting and participate in public comment. Any live meetings listed below are available for watching only.
Recordings of meetings can be found in the portal below after the meeting. We recently switched live-stream vendors. Meetings prior to 2022 can be found on our Town Hall Streams page.
If you wish to participate in public comment during a live meeting, you must log in via Zoom.
